I stayed in the Business Room and it was super comfy! The mattress was amazing-best I've ever slept on. The decor was nice and everything was clean. I didn't use the wellness facilities but heard they were great. But overall, a cozy spot to recharge!

Clean and tidy and a good location for people passing through the area on the Motorway.
Unfriendly staff, poor quality, over expensive restaurant. A 4 star hotel should be friendly and an extention of your home in atmosphere, this hotel is not. I would compare this hotel with a travel lodge type hotel without the tea/coffee making facilities. This was our last hotel on our trip of 4 hotels and it was definately the worst for customer service and friendliness, not even a smile from the staff.

This hotel is perfect for families who want to explore the surrounding area. It's located near the motorway, making it easy to travel to nearby cities. The restaurant offers a great breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. The spacious and clean rooms have everything a young family needs, including a separated toilet and bathroom. The friendly staff is always there to help and ensure a pleasant stay.

Staff were attentive and correct.
Felt that the rooms were old and outdated compared to meeting rooms and shared facilities. For a business hotel you might consider a gym as well.

The hotel was very clean and well decorated. Maid service everyday kept up the cleanliness! All staff were efficient and polite. The internal sound door on the room was an excellent idea to cut out corridor noise. We particularly loved the shower, it was massive and powerful!
We were very dissapointed with the breakfast option in the hotel, there was never anything out that was cooked at the same time. At 12 euros it made it very expensive! However, when we mentioned our dissapointment on checking out the receptionist was quick to deduct one mornings breakfast charge from our bill. We therefore felt more satisfied with this outcome. Bar prices a touch expensive too, but as we found out Dutch alcohol prices are generally more expensive that in England anyway.

The transformed ambiance is lovely.
There were significant issues with cleanliness and service. I had requested a room with separate beds for my son and me, yet I found ourselves accommodated in a double bed room, particularly disappointing. I experienced frustration with communication regarding dining options, which did not meet our expectations.

I didn't like that you don't have rooms for smokers.

The bar and it's staff very nice, value for money, bathroom and amenities were cool.
Some of the reception staff rather cold, there were no double beds, tv in the first room didn't work (we were offered to change room which we did).
